Website maintenance may be purchased by the hour, but when you subscribe to a maintenance plan, you get accelerated turn-around times and reduced maintenance pricing. Leave the updates to us, and concentrate on building your business!
Hourly Maintenance
Best for infrequent updates.
Periodic maintenance without a plan is pre-purchased in one-hour increments at the rate of $90/hr. Work is billed in 5 minute increments and any unused time rolls over from month-to-month until the prepaid amount is completely used.
Pre-Paid Plans
A bargain for regular updates.
Select a pre-paid maintenance plan and your effective rate drops to anywhere from $27 to $80 per hour! You can sign up for our pre-paid plans on a monthly or annual term.
MONTHLY
Monthly maintenance plans are ideal because the low pricing eliminates any hesitation to regularly post new information on your site – something that search engines look upon with favor.

The monthly maintenance allotment expires at the end of each month, and does not roll over. Should your updates require more time than your monthly allotment, an additional hour of maintenance time will be billed to your account at the reduced rate of $60 per hour. That extra hour of billed time DOES remain on your account until applied to future updates (within 12 months). There is an additional $10 per month fee for any blog associated with websites on a maintenance plan. All monthly plans require that your account be setup on automatic credit card billing for the monthly renewals.
Multiple Domains Save on Maintenance!
If you have several domains that are on separate maintenance programs, you can now share the maintenance hours on one plan between multiple domains. Simply choose the plan that will work best for your sites, and add $10 per month for each additional domain added to the package.
Example: You currently have 2 domains, and you anticipate needing about 1 hour of maintenance for each site. The Advanced Plan, with 2 hours of total maintenance, would work for your sites. The total monthly fee would be $70 – $60/month for the Advanced Plan, plus $10 for the additional domain.
ANNUAL
Annual maintenance plans give you the lowest overall cost and are best for heavy users or large infrequent updates.

Annual plans are great when you have intermittent large updates throughout the year, but you’re not sure when they will occur. With an annual plan you have a full year to use up your maintenance time until your anniversary date, at which point your account is reset. If you use up your given time prior to your annual renewal, you can (a) renew your annual plan and reset your anniversary to that day, or (b) purchase additional time at the low rate of $60 per hour until your maintenance plan renews on your existing anniversary date. If your site also hosts a blog with us, there is an additional $10 per month fee for the blog.

WordPress
For our customers that have full WordPress websites.
If your website was built out entirely in WordPress, and you wish to maintain your content yourself and only call on us when you need design changes, the monthly fee is $25 per month or $250 per year (2 months free when paid annually). This fee includes technical support for your blog, as well as in-version upgrades (There is a $50 fee to upgrade to a newer version of WordPress). No additional blog fees are charged when your site is a full WordPress site. If you require additional maintenance from us, you will be billed at our normal hourly rate (see hourly plans above).
