One Lily Partners with Practice Pay
Solutions – Simplifies How Small Firms
Create Their Web Presence.
Award winning web design firm One
Lily Inc. has announced a strategic
relationship with Practice Pay
Solutions, a leading provider of online
merchant tools and payment processing.
Service industry firms and professional
associations will now benefit from their
combined offerings that include
websites, e-commerce transaction tools,
automated communications services, and
affiliate management.
San Diego, CA August 8, 2006 –
One Lily Inc. and Practice Pay Solutions
announced a strategic relationship to
provide small business with e-commerce
solutions, including websites,
transaction tools, communications
services, and affiliate management.
One Lily President Angela Nielsen
said the synergy between the two
companies will greatly benefit both
firms’ clients, by reducing the time it
takes a company to establish a complete
online presence and also improving the
image presented to its customers.
“Small service firms and professional
associations should be very excited,
because the process of identifying,
evaluating, and implementing the
components of an online presence just
got easier,” says Nielsen.
“The needs of service professionals
are very specific, and they differ from
those of a larger company,” she said.
“As a result, many solo-professionals
and small companies that lack an IT
department often spend a lot of time
trying to figure out what they need, and
don’t need. It takes time to sort
through all the offerings that are
thrown at them in today’s solution-rich
business environment. That translates
into lost revenue as they delay getting
their business online.”
Both firms target professionals,
coaches, consultants, speakers,
trainers, attorneys, health care
providers, nonprofits, and the
professional associations that serve
these groups. Together their products
are endorsed as a member benefit by
dozens of associations worldwide.
Since One Lily Inc and Practice Pay
Solutions both specialize in the same
market, they offer carefully evaluated
services that those customers need to
consider. Additionally, One Lily is
fully accustomed to implementing the
e-commerce products offered by Practice
Pay Solutions, so integrating those
tools into a new website becomes even
easier- and faster.
“It’s really a win-win for both
companies and our clients, ” announced
Nielsen. “One Lily will offer custom web
design packages to members of Practice
Pay Solutions, including starter sites
designed at an attractive flat-fee
price, and premium designed websites
with logo design and corporate identity
packages. In return, One Lily clients
will enjoy access to the broad service
offerings of Practice Pay Solutions.”
These services include personalized,
convenient, and affordable solutions for
automated payments, e-commerce, online
marketing, and web presence. Practice
Pay Solutions’ flagship products are
credit card merchant accounts, and a
7-in-1 e-commerce system that includes
an online shopping cart, ezine delivery,
broadcast email, client database, and
affiliate management. In addition, they
offer a suite of tools, services,
education, and consulting to assist
customers with every area of collecting
payment and doing business online.
According to Nielsen, both firms
expect to see an increase in revenues as
a result of providing a well rounded
offering to their clients. “In a way,”
says Nielsen, “both of us just got
bigger in terms of competing in the
market. We’re very excited about this
new relationship.”

NIC Media LLC, in Response to Rapid
Growth, Launches One Lily Inc.
NIC Media
Group, an award-winning web-design and
internet consulting firm, will now serve
its fast growing client base under the
name One Lily Inc. The new name
reflects a single source where clients
can find an expanding list of
partners, strategic alliances and
service offerings. Founder Angela
Nielsen continues her role as President
of the new enterprise.
San
Diego, CA August 1, 2006 –
NIC Media Group LLC announced today it
will transfer all operations to One Lily
Inc. and begin offering expanded
services to existing clients.
President Angela Nielsen indicated
that additional services will be offered
to clients in the coming months,
beginning immediately with new Blog
services and expanded options for search
engine submission. All existing services
will continue without any interruption
whatsoever, and clients can expect the
same high level of design services and
hosting reliability under the name One
Lily.
“I wanted an image that accurately
reflects how our clients can obtain
everything they need to launch and
enhance their web presence, all under
one roof,” says Nielsen. “The One Lily
brand conveys that, and is the image
around which the new company is
organized.”
NIC Media Group LLC was founded by
Nielsen in 2000. When the company began,
NIC Media (Nielsen Internet Consulting
and Media) was just a vision, a dream of
one person. At the time Nielsen did not
realize the success it would experience
and how important the company would
eventually become to the hundreds of
clients it has helped over the years.
In early 2006, with a growing staff
and client base, Nielsen realized she
needed to finally build a brand around
this quickly growing company that was
more reflective of her own personality,
as well as the direction she envisioned
for the company.
“It was important to create a brand
that would make people think, stop them
in their tracks and make them take
notice,” recalls Nielsen. “So I enlisted
the services of a branding agency in
North Carolina. Phil Davis of Tungsten
Brilliant Brand Marketing (www.puretungsten.com)
worked closely with me to identify
potential names.”
Equally important was a desire to
rise above the crowded field of web
design firms with something different
and reflective of the hard work Nielsen
put into the company. “It also had to
convey the outgoing personality of our
team, and the ‘out of the box’ style
that we strive to create for our
clients.”
“With a branding genius like Phil on
my side,” recalls Nielsen, “we had some
great names to choose from. After
conferring with some of our most trusted
colleagues and clients, we quickly
identified a clear winner.” Hence, One
Lily became the new company name in
August.
NIC Media clients will immediately
begin receiving all communications and
invoicing under the One Lily name. The
company numbers and address remain
unchanged, and while existing email
addresses will be forwarded through
year-end, clients can begin replacing @nicmedia.com
with @onelily.com in their address books
immediately.
