What does it cost to enroll in the One Lily
Reseller Program?
There are no setup
fees for the reseller program. You
will only be charged the flat rate of
$50.00, plus $5.00 for each domain you
sign up (each domain that requires a
shopping cart will have an additional
$10.00 setup fee.) To start your
reseller account, simply fill out the
Reseller Order form.
What kind of fees are involved once I've
activated my reseller account?
Once your reseller account has been
established, you will simply pay a flat
rate of $5.00 per domain, plus your
monthly base rate of $50.00. If
you setup a domain that needs a shopping
cart, there is a one time fee of $10 per
domain.

domain registration?
You
can register your domains by

If you will be
transferring a domain from another hosting company, please use the
following nameservers when you modify your dns.

How is billing handled?
You
will bill your customers directly. You
are responsible for collecting payment
from your customers. On or about the 1st
of each month, you will receive an
electronic invoice for your reseller
account ($50.00), plus an additional
$5.00 for each domain you own. Any
domain activated during any given month,
will be free for the remainder of that
month, you will see the first charge on
the following month's statement.
(Any domain you activate in any given
month, that requires a shopping cart
will be billed the $10.00 setup fee at
time of activation.) All reseller
accounts are billed on a monthly basis.
We accept all Visa, MC, AmEx, and
Discover.
How is technical support handled?
You
will be the point of contact for your
clients. You can then contact our
technical support directly for those
issues you need assistance with. We will
provide the answers which you can use to
assist your clients. You may also
consult our Help Desk for additional
information.
How is modifying an account handled?
Simply e-mail us with the instructions.
When we have made the requested
modification, we will notify you so you
can notify your clients.
